Job Description
MISSION
This role exists to lead frontline operations at Graystone s Induplate facility an advanced electroplating plant delivering engineered coating solutions to industries from aerospace to semiconductor manufacturing. This is not a maintenance role it s a builder s seat. You ll be stepping into a complex multiline operation with the opportunity to lead refine and expand critical processes. The true mission: invest in your people lead with discipline and deliver measurable outcomes in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Within the first 6 12 months success in this role will look like:
Own MultiShift Operations Across Three Departments: Oversee daytoday production for three distinct electroplating lines including a highgrowth new process. Lead 30 35 team members across all shifts.
Build and Scale a New Capability: Launch and stabilize the new gun barrel chrome plating operation growing it from early startup into fullscale production.
Drive Process Improvements: Implement measurable improvements in throughput cost and quality using Lean/CI methods and technical analysis.
Lead by Measurement: Own output metrics for all departments. Report daily on key production goals and lead the team through problemsolving and course correction.
Strengthen the Team Culture: Develop and mentor leads and frontline employees. Instill a culture of accountability technical curiosity and pride in precision.
CrossDepartmental Collaboration: Partner with engineering and quality teams to deliver custom coating solutions in fastpaced highspec environments.

Must have served in U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard. NCO/Supervisor who is a well-rounded technician. Will supervise one person and be hands on for now. Strong communications and ability to think outside the box.
