Job Responsibilities:
Support reception desk operations.
Preparation of airwaybills local deliveries arrangement etc.
Facility Operations:
Assist with documentation filing and data entry for FM operations.
Assist with onsite inspection staff enquiries/feedback when required.
Assist with facility operations when required.
Liaise with vendors for onsite tasks and ensure proper access is arranged etc.
Administrative support for company events etc.
Any other adhoc tasks assigned.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 2:00 6:00pm
