We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our team. This position plays a key role in fullcycle recruitment onboarding and implementing performance management initiatives.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for executing a broad range of HR functions with a primary focus on recruitment onboarding and performance management. This role requires a strategic and handson approach to attract top talent ensure smooth integration of new hires and drive employee engagement through effective performance systems.
Lead fullcycle recruitment: job posting sourcing screening interviewing and selection.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Conduct reference and background checks.
Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs to ensure successful integration.
Develop implement and monitor performance evaluation systems.
Support managers in setting goals providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
Provide training and guidance on performance improvement plans and staff development.
Track and analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Maintain employee records and HRIS database with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
Support HR compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives that support organizational goals.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
3 years of HR generalist experience preferably in a fastpaced or real estate/development environment.
Strong knowledge of fullcycle recruiting and onboarding practices.
Familiarity with performance management systems and tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms
