Job Description

Company Overview:

We are a dynamic and growing Real Estate Development Company dedicated to building vibrant communities and sustainable developments. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our team. This position plays a key role in fullcycle recruitment onboarding and implementing performance management initiatives.



Position Summary:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for executing a broad range of HR functions with a primary focus on recruitment onboarding and performance management. This role requires a strategic and handson approach to attract top talent ensure smooth integration of new hires and drive employee engagement through effective performance systems.




Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Lead fullcycle recruitment: job posting sourcing screening interviewing and selection.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.

  • Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Conduct reference and background checks.

  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs to ensure successful integration.

Performance Management

  • Develop implement and monitor performance evaluation systems.

  • Support managers in setting goals providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.

  • Provide training and guidance on performance improvement plans and staff development.

  • Track and analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

HR Administration & Support

  • Maintain employee records and HRIS database with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.

  • Support HR compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives that support organizational goals.





Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.

  • 3 years of HR generalist experience preferably in a fastpaced or real estate/development environment.

  • Strong knowledge of fullcycle recruiting and onboarding practices.

  • Familiarity with performance management systems and tools.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms
