Are You Ready to Drive Financial Strategy for a Leading FMCG Business
We re partnering with a highperforming Retail company to find a Head of Finance. A strategic leader who can take full ownership of financial operations compliance and longterm planning. In this executive role you ll shape financial performance guide investment decisions and enable business growth through sharp analysis and proactive risk management.
What You ll Do
- Lead the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports. Drive the company s financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor budget performance identify key variances and recommend corrective actions. Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business performance identify risks and surface improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and IFRS accounting practices. Strengthen internal controls tax governance and audit readiness across the finance function.
- Assess M&A opportunities capital expenditures and major investments. Deliver datadriven recommendations to support strategic initiatives and longterm growth.
- Lead a diverse finance team across accounting treasury and business partnering. Build a culture of accountability transparency and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the CFO CEO and senior leadership to align financial strategy with companywide objectives. Support key initiatives in operations commercial and supply chain functions.

Requirements
Who You Are
A senior finance leader with 10 years of experience preferably in Retail Banking Manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
Strong command of financial management treasury cost accounting and IFRS standards.
Confident in navigating complex regulatory and tax environments.
Skilled in managing multicultural teams and crossfunctional projects.
A strategic thinker with high commercial acumen and execution discipline.
Adept at problemsolving analysis and highlevel communication.
A Bachelor s Degree in Finance or Accounting (from a recognized university).
An MBA is required.
Professional finance certification (ICAN or ACCA).
Demonstrated success in leading financial transformation and growth strategies.
Deep understanding of financial systems reporting tools and risk frameworks.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
