Corporate Sales & Business Development Executive

Job Description:
NN Rent A Car is hiring a Corporate Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is designed for someone driven by results experienced in B2B field sales and ready to pitch and close corporate deals directly with clients.
This is not an office job. We are looking for someone who is on the move visits companies follows up leads and builds strong corporate partnerships for car rental and leasetoown services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to NGOs hotels corporates and logistics companies across Lebanon
Pitch and close longterm rentals corporate leasing and leasetoown programs
Identify B2B opportunities through cold outreach referrals and industry targeting
Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement managers and decisionmakers
Coordinate with CSOs accounting and the operations team to finalize rental agreements
Track all activity and leads in Zoho CRM and follow company documentation workflows
Monitor competitor pricing and client feedback to improve deals
Submit weekly reports to management on activities pipeline status and sales performance
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 4 years of B2B sales experience ideally in car rental leasing logistics or automotive
Knowledge in fleet management or longterm rental sales is a strong advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English
Excellent negotiation followup and closing abilities
CRM experience (Zoho preferred) Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Must have a valid driver s license and personal car
Motivated aggressive and targetdriven with a clear focus on sales numbers
