Senior Manager QSR/Hospitality Sales
The Senior Manager QSR/Hospitality Sales will drive new business by selling GRUBBRRs technology solutions into the quick-service and restaurant chain markets. We are seeking experienced sales professionals with a proven track record of selling SaaS or other technology solutions intomulti-location restaurant chains(QSR fast casual or full-service) not individual locations. Candidates with SaaS sales experience in other industries and/or experience selling into other chain-based hospitality organizations will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify target and close new business with multi-unit QSR and restaurant chains.
- Leverage existing industry relationships and build new ones to generate qualified opportunities.
- Conduct strategic prospecting to uncover decision-makers within target accounts.
- Understand client operational needs and position GRUBBRR solutions to deliver measurable ROI.
- Deliver compelling presentations proposals and product demonstrations to C-level and senior decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close contracts while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment.
- Accurately document all sales activities opportunities and pipeline status in Salesforce.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends competitor activity and emerging technologies.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:- 37 yearsof successful B2B sales experience selling SaaS or technology solutions preferably into QSR or restaurant chains.
- Proven ability to sell intomulti-unit chains(not single-location operators).
- Strong network and knowledge of the restaurant and hospitality industry preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing long sales cycles and complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred.
- Strong preference for candidates who can work out of our HQ in Boca Raton FL
- Bilingual-Spanish is a plus but not required.
