Job Overview:
NN Rent a Car is looking for a Customer Service & Operations Officer who will also act as a Key Account Manager for corporate clients. The ideal candidate should be customerfocused organized and techsavvy with strong communication skills to handle daily operations and client relations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients ensuring high satisfaction and smooth service.
- Handle customer inquiries bookings and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate daily operations including vehicle dispatching returns and maintenance scheduling.
- Monitor and maintain corporate client accounts ensuring their rental needs are met.
- Generate reports and maintain records of transactions and customer interactions.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service operations or key account management (preferably in car rental or related industries).
- Strong computer skills; familiarity with Zoho CRM or other business software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- A proactive and customeroriented mindset.
