Job Description
This is a remote position.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant with expertise in Marketing and Zoho Campaigns who excels in both executive support and email marketing strategy using Zoho Campaigns.
In this dynamic role youll work directly with company leadership to streamline daily operations while also executing marketing campaigns that amplify our brand. If youre a techsavvy communicator who thrives on consistency creativity and highimpact outreach this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executivelevel administrative support managing schedules meetings and communications.
- Manage outbound email campaigns using Zoho Campaigns ensuring alignment with brand standards and engagement goals.
- Write format and schedule compelling marketing emails for clients and partners in the restaurant and contractor space.
- Conduct targeted highvolume outreach (phone and email) to prospects and partners primarily in the Atlanta market.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team and or team members to shape messaging track results and refine campaigns.
- Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve marketing workflows.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Language: Excellent English communication skills. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Typing Speed: 60 WPM (typing test required).
- Experience: Background working with servicebased clients (restaurants or contractors preferred).
- Handson experience using Zoho Campaigns or marketing tools to build and analyze email campaigns.
- Proven ability to maintain consistent branding across written communication and marketing assets.
- Technical Skills and Tools: Comfortable using marketing and automation tools to drive performance. Proficiency in Zoho with a strong emphasis on Zoho Campaigns is a must.
- Location and Hours: Must be located in South America with availability to work during daytime hours in Eastern Timezone (ET).
