Health & Safety Advisor
As the person responsible for prevention you will analyze risks develop health and safety (H&S) policies and actively contribute to a strong safety culture. Bilingualism is required. This is an exciting plantbased role involving diverse projects inspections investigations and ongoing training.

Responsibilities:
Risk Assessment and Management
Identify and evaluate potential risks within the facility.
Conduct regular inspections and risk analyses.
Analyze incident data and recommend corrective measures.
Policy and Program Development
Develop H&S procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
Define and test emergency response protocols.
Collaborate with management to integrate H&S into internal policies.
Training and Safety Culture
Develop training tools on H&S and protective equipment.
Promote a culture of safety at all levels of the organization.
Actively participate in health and safety committees.
Incident Management
Conduct incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
Support HR in managing CNESST cases.
H&S Projects
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in health and safety.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve critical issues.
Other
Apply the organization s policies and values.
Perform any other related tasks as needed.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s degree in industrial relations or a certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in spoken and written French.
Knowledge of Spanish (an asset).
Knowledge of EPICOR or another ERP system (asset).
Experience or training in project management (asset).

Available to travel to different regions as needed including Sherbrooke and VaudreuilDorion.
