Job Description
We are seeking Quality Techniciansfor our First Quality Baby Products facilitylocated in Macon GA.The starting pay rate for this position is $20/hour. You must be able to work a 12 hour night shift.
As a Quality Technician you will:
- Perform audits in a timely manner
- Enter test data and inspection data into computer software accurately
- Follow hold procedures for products not acceptable for shipment
- Complete paperwork as required
In our work environment you will need to be able and willing to:
- Walk and stand for a12 hour period
- Occasionally lift/carry up to 50lb
- Keep your work area clean and orderly
- Learn a lot of new information in a short period of time
- Ask lots of questions and take initiative to learn more
- Be an active and productive member of the Quality Assurance team
- Communicate problems to leaders and production personnel as required
- Perform basic math such as calculated area and perimeter of a square converting percent to decimal and converting decimal to percent
- Work a shift that requires nights and every other weekend
12 years of experience as a Quality Auditor or Technician is preferred!
In order to work for us you must:
- Be 18 years of age
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Be able to work a 12 hour night shift
