Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Teaching English as a second language to students of various ages and proficiency levels.
- Instructing from educational materials that meet the needs of individual students and groups.
- Assessing students language abilities and tailoring instruction to meet their needs.
- Providing feedback to students on their progress and offering suggestions for improvement.
- Creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters student participation and motivation.
- Using technology and other resources to enhance instruction and student learning.
- Keeping accurate records of student grades and progress.
- Staying up to date with current trends and developments in ESL teaching and incorporating them into instruction.
- This position will require morning and/or evening hours of instruction.
- This is not an exhaustive list of duties.
- Required
- 1 year of ESL classroom teaching experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
