Job Description

The Assistant Community Director is fully accountable in assisting the Community Director with the daytoday property operations and managing the asset to meet the clients expressed operational and financial goals. Assists with the supervision of onsite staff which may include: Resident Services Coordinator(s) Compliance Specialist(s) Leasing Manager Leasing Consultant(s) Maintenance Supervisor(s) Maintenance Technician(s) MakeReady or Rehab Technician(s) Groundskeeper(s)/Porter(s) Painter(s) and Cleaner(s)/Housekeeper(s).

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar supervisory role preferably within Residential Property Management.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required. College degree in a relatable field preferred but not required.
  • Valid Drivers License a good driving record current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements and an operable vehicle that meets FPIs Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
  • Must be proficient in speaking reading and writing in English.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office Google Apps property managementrelated software email internet).
