We are looking for a new Recruitment Business Partner to join our team in one of our growing communities from Iasi Brasov or Timisoara. The colleague will play a crucial role in shaping and executing recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled professionals who will drive our organizations success.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Talent Acquisition & Business Impact
Design and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and hiring needs. Drive scalable recruitment processes that support organizational growth and talent acquisition goals.
2. Market Insights & Proactive Hiring Strategies
Leverage market research and talent mapping to understand hiring trends and IT talent pools. Use these insights to proactively adjust strategies and address hiring challenges.
3. EndtoEnd Recruitment Process Management
Own the fullcycle recruitment process from role scoping and candidate sourcing to competencybased interviewing and offer negotiation. Ensure seamless execution and compliance with best hiring practices.
4. Candidate Pipeline Development & Engagement
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates ensuring a highquality candidate experience. Utilize creative sourcing techniques and talent networks to attract toptier talent.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory
Partner with hiring managers and crossfunctional teams to define job requirements selection criteria and hiring expectations. Provide datadriven insights and consultation to improve decisionmaking.
6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Regularly review recruitment processes and candidate feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement innovative recruitment solutions and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
