Job Description

We are seeking a capable and discreet HR Manager to join a wellestablished and stable Single Family Office. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting a highperforming professional environment. You will be reporting to the CEO of the SingleFamily Office and oversee a broad range of HR functionsfrom recruitment and onboarding to compliance payroll and employee engagementensuring smooth operations and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support management and staff on all HRrelated matters.
  • Lead endtoend recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Coordinate visa applications and renewals in collaboration with external migration agents.
  • Develop implement and maintain HR policies procedures and best practices.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and internal HR standards.
  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance on performance and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate personnel records and HRIS data.
  • Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Organize internal events and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support learning and development opportunities.
  • Serve as the goto person for daytoday HR queries and support.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in a broad HR Generalist role.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Solid experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Fluency in English is required; Russian language skills are a plus.
  • Experience working in a SingleFamily Office or similar hightrust environment is an advantage.
  • Proactive structured and solutionsoriented mindset
