  • Completing minutes for portfolio meetings obtain approval and signoff of minutes from meeting chair and distribute minutes to meeting participants.
  • Conduct financial and budget management duties across the portfolio.
  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding for all support staff.
  • Coordinate portfolio workflow activities and schedules
  • Drive and maintain the portfolios documentation management system.
  • Manage all meeting and workshop logistical arrangements.
  • Manage the diaries of key senior portfolio stakeholders.
  • Oversee the arrangement of all travel requirements for portfolio stakeholders.
  • Prepare and collate portfolio presentations reports and supporting information
  • Report writting

Qualifications :

A completed Diploma or Degree in;

  • Information Systems
  • Business Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Business Administration (with a preferred interest in technology or digital transformation)
  • Project Management (preferably with exposure to IT or software delivery environments)


Additional Information :

Please note: This internship aligns with a Technology Portfolio candidates with an interest in IT delivery data coordination or digital projects are encouraged to apply

Internship Details:

Start Date: 1 July 2025

Monthly Stipend: R8000

Location: 3 Simmonds Office

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be a South African Citizen
  • Be between the ages of 18 and 30
  • Be able to speak read and write English
  • No more than 6 months work experience
  • Have successfully completed a Diploma/Degree qualification
  • Proficient with MS Office suite
  • Not be permanently employed.
  • Not be studying or registered to study at any other institution in 2025.
  • Not be registered on any internship or learnership in 2025.
