This position will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Superintendent and also provide administrative support for the Business Administrator. Position start date to be determined but no later than July 1st with the potential to start in June. The successful candidate will be a selfstarter excellent in communications and collaboration open to coaching and feedback for continual growth and superb in human relations. An exemplary command of all office functions is necessary including a thorough grasp of technology as it pertains to office Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited too the following:1. Calendar ManagementManage the Superintendents complex calendar scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements Coordinate with internal and external parties to confirm availability and logistics2. Communication ManagementScreen and prioritize incoming calls emails and correspondence directing inquiries to appropriate staffCompose and edit professional correspondence reports presentations and memos on behalf of the Superintendent3. Meeting CoordinationPrepare agendas gather necessary materials and take detailed minutes for meetings with staff school board members community leaders and other stakeholdersFollow up on action items from meetings to ensure timely completion4. Administrative TasksMaintain confidential files and records related to district operations and personnelProcess expense reports and other administrative documentsCoordinate office supplies and equipment needs Maintain Home School records for all schoolsWorks with Superintendent maintaining policies and procedures as required 5. Public RelationsGreet visitors and manage inquiries in a professional mannerAssist with the preparation of public announcements and communications6. Board SupportPrepare materials for monthly school board meetings annual budget hearings annual board meeting including agendas presentation meeting minutes all necessary postings as required Facilitate communication between the Superintendent and the School Boards7. Administer National School Lunch ProgramComplete yearly application gather monthly information from schools record deposits complete monthly reports for reimbursement in a timely manner8. Sped BillingMaintain files for all Sped students gather information needed to complete monthly reporting to the state
