Job Description

The Regional Practice Manager will oversee both of our centers located on: Greenwood Street and Lincoln Street in Worcester MA

A typical day in the life of a Regional Practice Manager includes:

  • Create an environment where employees want to come to work and patients come to seek care.
  • Oversee day to day operations of the centers collaborating with center clinical staff toensure patientcare.
  • Directly supervise all registration and clinical (nonprovider) staff within the centers.
  • Engage and promote a positive culture within the center in alignment with company values.
  • Support and facilitate employee growth and development within the center and organization.
  • Work to achieve center KPI targets including: inventory management patient satisfaction and access and staffing reports.
  • Ensure accurate inventory of medical office and prescription supplies; ordering as needed.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all facility and employee related concerns or issues to best support center and staff success.
  • Provide backup to registration and/or clinical tasks as needed.

What you bring to our TEAM:

  • Associate or bachelors degree in health administration or related field preferred
  • 35 years of experience in a leadership role preferably within a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office EMR (Experity) and scheduling systems (When to Work)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Our centers are open (7) days per week 8AM to 8PM. This is a fulltime salary exempt position with the expectation of working at minimum 40 hours per week with weekend availability at least two weekends per month
