Job Description
RKB Facility Solutions 626 RXR Plaza 6th Floor Uniondale NY 11556 Title: AP/AR Coordinator Reports to: Tracy Castello Direct Reports: Director Position Summary: The Senior Billing Consultant will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the billing process including invoice preparation billing system management/ The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Position Responsibilities: Oversee the endtoend billing process ensuring invoices are generated accurately and on time. Review billing data for completeness and accuracy resolving any discrepancies or issues. Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to gather necessary information for billing purposes. Work with customers to resolve billing disputes and facilitate timely payment. Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for billing operations. Handles client communications pertaining to invoicing. Enter vendor invoices and sign offs into database Create client invoices in database Upload client invoices into 4rd party systems as needed Email client invoices for client not using 3rd party system Manage incoming phone calls regard past due payment from vendors Manage incoming emails from vendor regarding past due payment Skills and Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to oversee and manage the endtoend billing process ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with company policies and procedures. Proficient in using billing systems and software to generate invoices manage billing data and troubleshoot system errors. Familiarity with commonly used billing software Fexa. Coupa. Ariba. Corrigo Service channel ecotrak Service now Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze billing data and metrics identify trends and develop solutions to optimize billing processes and improve efficiency.
