Job Description

The Senior Presentation Designer is a creative professional responsible for designing
highquality visually engaging and brandconsistent presentations that effectively communicate ideas data and narratives. In addition to design execution the Senior Presentation Designer engages in conceptual thinking playing a strategic role in shaping the visual narrative. This role collaborates with internal teams including business development senior stakeholders and clients to transform complex information into compelling visual stories using design principles and advanced presentation tools.

The Senior Presentation Designer plays a crucial role in ensuring that all presentations align with the agency & brand guidelines and project objectives while meeting tight deadlines. They bring a mix of creativity technical expertise and attention to detail to create visually impactful and professional presentations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conceptualize and design visually appealing and brandconsistent presentations for internal and external stakeholders including executives clients and team members.
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand objectives target audience and key messages translating them into impactful visual content.
  • Create custom graphics illustrations and infographics to enhance presentation slides.
  • Apply animation and motion techniques within PowerPoint to create impactful transitions and to emphasize key points.
  • Ensure all materials align to agency brand standards while also adapting to clientspecific branding when required.
  • Edit and refine existing presentations ensuring alignment with project goals and visual consistency.
  • Work closely with content creators creatives and other team members to ensure cohesive storytelling.
  • Stay updated on design trends tools and techniques to continuously improve the quality and innovation of presentation designs.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity equity and inclusion through continuous development modeling inclusive behaviors and proactively managing bias.
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience education knowledge skill and/or abilities required.

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 6 years of experience designing presentations in a corporate or agency setting
  • Experience working on new business pitch decks or highprofile client presentations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign).
  • Ability to incorporate animation and motion design into PowerPoint to enhance storytelling
  • Strong understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout
  • Ability to transform complex data and concepts into visually compelling and understandable slides
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling
  • Experience adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across materials
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to take constructive feedback and work effectively within a team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with video editing tools motion graphics or 3D design
  • Workfront experience

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $88000 to $131000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience other jobrelated qualifications/skills and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
