Position Summary
HairClub is seeking a passionate highly driven and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and elevate our organic social media presence across platforms including Facebook Instagram TikTok LinkedIn YouTube and X. With a combined following of over 250000 and growing were looking for someone who not only lives and breathes social media but also knows how to manage a creative team generate compelling content and build meaningful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
This is a handson role responsible for social strategy execution and performance ideal for a resourceful storyteller with strong leadership skills and an intuitive understanding of what works on each platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage all organic social media channels (Facebook Instagram TikTok LinkedIn YouTube X) to drive brand engagement awareness and affinity.
- Develop and implement a robust social media strategy aligned with brand campaign and business objectives.
- Lead and collaborate with an inhouse team of designers and videographers to plan create and publish highquality content (photo video UGC graphics etc.).
- Source manage and nurture relationships with HairClub centers and clients to generate authentic userdriven content and success stories.
- Travel regularly to centers across the U.S. and Canada to direct and produce onlocation content with internal creative team.
- Monitor and analyze performance across channels leveraging insights to optimize content and inform future strategy.
- Stay ahead of platform trends algorithms and features to keep HairClubs social presence innovative relevant and engaging.
- Engage actively with our community by monitoring comments messages and mentions fostering a sense of connection and care.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with brand PR digital and customer service teams to support broader marketing initiatives.
- Own the content calendar campaign planning and publishing workflow with a strong sense of organization and attention to deadlines.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in social media management preferably in a brand or inhouse setting.
- Deep understanding of each platforms best practices audience behaviors content formats and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire creative teams to deliver impactful content.
- Strong storytelling skills with experience producing content (photo video written) from concept to execution.
- Highly organized and proactive with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Comfort being onsite at HairClub centers and working directly with clients and staff to capture real stories and content.
- Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Canva mobile video editing apps scheduling platforms like Sprout Later or Hootsuite).
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Passionate about social media digital culture and creating meaningful brand connections.
Preferred
- Experience working in health beauty or servicebased industries.
- Background in video production influencer marketing or community management is a plus.
- Spanish or French bilingual a bonus but not required.
