Job Description:

Site Supervision for an outage in Hallam NE.

Job Duties:

• Supervise and manage a crew
• Provide oversight for working safely and completing prejob tasks
• Interacts with the customer on the scope of work
• Individuals must be capable of directing jobs to completion and also supplement the knowledge of the craft by demonstration or instruction as necessary to improve safety quality and efficiency of the work.
• Individuals will be responsible for identifying and maintaining adequate tools and resources to support the schedules.

Requirements:

• Individuals shall have at least three (3) years of plant maintenance or construction experience
• At least two (2) years of operating power plant experience in supervision of crafts and shall possess the knowledge and skills of the craft under their supervision.

Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:

• Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign
• May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above
• Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas
• Must have full range of motion consistent with age
• Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders
• Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees alarms and other jobrelated noises
• Visual acuity depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces
• Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.
