Elementary School Guidance CounselorFullTime Position Endeavor Charter SchoolAre you passionate about supporting young learners and shaping a positive school culture Endeavor Charter School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Elementary School Guidance Counselor to join our Youll Do:Deliver engaging SEL instruction to small and large groups including K2 weekly enrichment classesProvide individualized and small group counseling using evidencebased practicesCollaborate with the Intervention 504 and Exceptional Childrens teams to address socialemotional concernsPartner with the School Culture Committee to organize events that promote mental health inclusivity and wellbeingDesign implement and evaluate a comprehensive developmental guidance programFacilitate effective referral processes for additional student supportPromote a respectful and inclusive school environment that celebrates diversityCommunicate effectively with students staff and familiesLead monthly family trainings in collaboration with school leadershipParticipate in carpool duty as part of school operationsBuild strong trusting relationships with students staff and familiesUphold professional ethical and legal standards outlined by NCDPI and ASCAWhat Were Looking For:Current NC licensure in school counseling or social workExperience working in an elementary school counseling roleComfort leading counseling sessions classroom lessons and schoolwide presentationsEnthusiasm for helping grow and shape a vibrant counseling programMiddle School Guidance CounselorFullTime Position Endeavor Charter SchoolJoin a school that values relationships growth and student wellbeing. Endeavor Charter School is hiring a compassionate and collaborative Middle School Guidance Counselor to support our students during a pivotal time in their Youll Do:Teach SEL content in small groups large classes and a rotating elective courseProvide oneonone and group counseling using developmentally appropriate strategiesSupport students emotional and behavioral needs as part of MTSS 504 or Exceptional Childrens processesCoordinate special events through the School Culture Committee focused on mental health inclusion and student wellnessGuide students and families through the high school transition process including registration and informational sessionsDevelop and manage a robust developmental guidance programServe as a resource for staff through ongoing professional development and collaborationCommunicate clearly and empathetically with students staff and familiesLead monthly family workshops in partnership with school administrationContribute to daily school life through occasional carpool dutyFoster a supportive school culture rooted in respect and cultural responsivenessModel professional excellence in alignment with NCDPI and ASCA standardsWhat Were Looking For:Current NC licensure in school counseling or social workExperience working with middle school students in a counseling capacityAbility to engage confidently with individuals groups and large audiencesPassion for building a counseling program that evolves with student needsReady to ApplySend your application (resume cover letter and NC license) to Christi Whiteside at
