Job Description

Now Hiring: Elementary Special Education TeacherSchool Year

Location: On-Site Full-Time Supportive School Environment

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Special Education Teacher to join our team for theacademic year. This full-time position is based in an inclusive elementary school setting where collaboration student growth and individualized support are top priorities.

As a Special Education Teacher you ll provide direct instruction and develop personalized learning plans to meet the diverse academic emotional and behavioral needs of students with disabilities. You ll work closely with general education staff related service providers and families to ensure every child receives the resources and encouragement needed to succeed.

Role Responsibilities:

Use data to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
Deliver differentiated instruction tailored to students unique learning needs.
Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and student support planning.
Collaborate with classroom teachers support staff and families to foster an inclusive environment.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Special Education or related field.
Passion for supporting diverse learners and promoting equitable education.
Previous experience working in elementary special education settings is a plus.
Valid teaching certification in Special Education (LBS1 endorsement or equivalent preferred).
