Job Description

Amazon Go is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and operations. This candidate will manage a team of two marketers and one marketing/creative operations program manager to build and execute marketing campaigns that drive traffic frequency and retention for Amazon Gos store portfolio. We are seeking a customer obsessed marketer who can deliver big ideas has demonstrated successful campaign ownership and can act as both visionary and executor.

The successful candidate for this role has experience establishing strategy and crosschannel marketing tactics to drive customer retention and frequency that has a proven ability to work crossfunctionally make datadriven decisions and influence others. You are a selfstarter and possess strong analytical skills and thrive working among a broad diverse set of stakeholders. You leverage strong organizational and project management skills and have a track record of delivering quality work.

Key job responsibilities
* Lead team to develop and execute multichannel campaigns to target key customer segments
* Owns customer trafficdriving and engagement strategy developing marketing and messaging strategy and audience segmentation
* Partners with category team to deliver annual marketing strategy to highlight priority categories value and seasonal/new items
* Identifies opportunities for 1P and 3P partnerships to accelerate growth
* Influences tech roadmap to elevate customer experience including optimization of coupons experience and personalization

8 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs
Experience directly managing developing and growing teams of marketing/product professionals
Ability to manage stakeholders and present to various levels of an organization
Excellent written/verbal communication

Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
Experience with customer segmentation profiling and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
