Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Digital Process Design:
- Analyze existing purchasing processes to identify areas for digital transformation;
- Map workflows and data streams to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
- Digitalization Strategy Development:
- Design strategies to optimize processes using digital tools and technologies;
- Develop frameworks for integrating endtoend data streams into workflows and system landscapes.
- Implementation of Digital Tools:
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement digital solutions such as AI assistance predictive analysis and process automation tools;
- Ensure that the integration of digital tools align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Exploration of Emerging Technologies:
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI machine learning and digital tools;
- Evaluate and propose new technologies that can further optimize indirect processes.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Education:
- Degree in Business Engineering or similar.
- Experience:
- More than 5 years experience in process optimization and design;
- Experience with AIdriven solutions for process automation and decisionmaking;
- Familiarity with processes in purchasing.
- Knowledge:
- Advanced knowledge of process optimization methodologies like for example VSDiA Value Stream Design in Administration;
- Proficiency in leveraging endtoend data streams for process optimization;
- Strong analytical skills to identify digitalization opportunities;
- Ability to integrate digital tools into existing workflows seamlessly.
- Languages:
- Fluent English both written and spoken (C1 level);
- German language skills would be a plus.
- Personality:
- Good ability to work in a virtual team;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
