Job description
Management the maintenance of infrastructure electrical system
Maintain list of electrical equipment Planning the investment and maintenance Implementation
Manage external service providers contractors
Site assessment for electrical infrastructures
System consideration and cost investigation
System Design: Engineers work closely with architects and other stakeholders to design electrical systems that meet the specific needs and requirements of a building to determine the most appropriate system design.
Cost Calculations: Performing calculations to determine and to help selecting the appropriate equipment and ensuring the buildings energy efficiency.
Equipment Selection: Based on the design and cost calculations engineers select the appropriate equipment such as electrical panels lighting fixtures and transformers etc.
Code Compliance: Engineers must ensure that all the systems they design and install comply with relevant building codes safety standards and regulations.
Maintenance and Upgrades: After the building is operational engineers may be involved in its ongoing maintenance and upgrades to ensure that the systems continue to operate efficiently and reliably.
Troubleshooting and Problemsolving: In case of system failures or issues engineers diagnose problems and find solutions to rectify them (Including emergency response)
Coordinator for electrical system competence group in Japan locations
Leading the potential bundling purchasing through analysis the demand of other locations
Technical support to other locations on demand

Qualifications :
Qualification
1. Mechanical or Electrical University degree in Engineering
2. 5 years project experience as a member of Electrical general contractor / subcontractor
3. Factory construction project experience as electrical engineer
4. 2nd class chief electricity engineer license (Depend on other competence and experiences it is possible 3rd class chief electricity engineer license)
5. 1st class electrical work construction engineering license(Optional)
6. Energy Management Officer(Optional)
7. Knowledge of electrical system maintenance and its experiences
8. Able to understand document in English and correspond email in English. (Possible to use translation App)
9. Willing to learn English.
10. Native Japanese language skill
11. Recognize efficiency KPI and able to adopt CIP activities to daily work
12. Able to prepare presentation document from reviewer perspective
