Our tech stack
While we advocate for using the right tech for the right task you can expect to work with the following technologies to ensure scalable highperformance applications:
- Experience working with common tools like python SQL and Excel for modelling and analysis
What you can expect
- Work to agile best practices and crossfunctionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. Youll be using your technical skills to problem solve with our clients as well as working on internal projects
- Live inperson whiteboarding sessions to problem solve as a team alongside asynchronous communication on Teams
- Hybrid working with the team on client site or in our office a minimum of two days per week. However the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment including up to 5 days per week on a client site.

Qualifications :
Essential requirements
Even if you dont meet every requirement below feel free to still apply as we are often hiring for similar roles which your background might be better suited to. Due to the nature of client work for this role you will need to be a sole British national eligible to work on secure client sites.
- Experience of leading and delivering solutions that involved one or more of the following specialisms: advanced analytics and data science developing operational research models big data platforms data visualisation or dashboard development.
- A degree Masters or PhD from a leading university in data science mathematics operational research physics or statistics
- You thrive in problemsolving and analytical thinking
- You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fastpaced environment
- Experience of working across the full modelling lifecycle problem formulation exploratory data analysis model design build testing and handover
- Experience of conducting analysis for evidencebased decision making developing models and analyses to support data centric decision making
- Experience in working in the Defence and Security sector.
