How does your working day look like ...
- You will plan the work schedule lead the team and support your colleagues in their development
- You ensure correct billing and clean administrative processes
- You take responsibility for your budget and develop the bar entrepreneurially
- You are a competent and openminded contact and sparring partner for the highballers
- You support your colleagues with an infectious smile when all the guests storm the bar at the same time and want a drink
- You stay on top of things even when plans change spontaneously
Qualifications :
Your personality counts more than your CV ...
- You have gained initial management experience in a bar and speak fluent English
- You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests. You also know your way around Munich and always have a few tips on the scene at hand
- You are enthusiastic about the bar scene and bar culture and enjoy discovering new concepts
- Youre a doer and openly admit when youve done something wrong
- You not only bring your skills but also your character
Additional Information :
