Job Description
Overview
Seeking a skilled Workday HCM Specialist to join our team and drive the optimization of our Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Workday HCM modules including Core HR Compensation and/or Payroll. This role involves configuring maintaining and enhancing Workday functionalities to improve HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Workday HCM modules ensuring smooth operations and user adoption.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize system workflows and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct system upgrades enhancements and testing for new Workday releases.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and business processes.
- Train endusers on Workday best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in HR IT Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience working with Workday HCM modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes & compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally.
- Workday certification (preferred but not mandatory).
