Your Responsibilities
Im Mittelpunkt Ihrer Ttigkeit steht die Wartung und Weiterentwicklung von Integrationsszenarien zwischen den HCM-Anwendungen Workday SAP-Payroll sowie dem Zeitwirtschaftssystem ASES/ATOSS.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen insbesondere:
- Mitwirkung an der strategischen Ausrichtung der IT-Landschaft fr HR-Prozesse
- Beratung der Business Partner zu Grundsatzfragen sowie im Rahmen von Projekten im verantworteten HR-Modul
- Koordination und Bearbeitung von HR-IT-Leistungen ber alle Phasen hinweg (Plan Build Run)
- Aufbereitung und Bewertung von Informationen im Rahmen externer Prfungen (z.B. Wirtschaftsprfung Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsprfungen Datenschutzaudits)
- Verantwortung fr die Incident- Change- sowie Standard-Service-Request Prozesse im betreuten HR-Modul
Your Profile
- Sie verfgen ber ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik.
- Sie bringen einschlgige Berufserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld mit idealerweise mit fundierten Kenntnissen in der SAP-Komponente HCM sowie ABAP-Kenntnissen.
- Sie besitzen Grundkenntnisse im Workday-HCM-Modul; Kenntnisse in der Entwicklungsumgebung Workday Studio sind von Vorteil.
- Kenntnisse im Integrationstool ShapeIn sind wnschenswert.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch sehr gute analytische Fhigkeiten Projektmanagementkenntnisse sowie eine ausgeprgte Dienstleistungsorientierung aus.
- Sie beherrschen das MS Office-Paket sicher.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
