The Brand Experience and Excellence organization creates builds and leads innovation for brand owners in the Amazon store worldwide. The Customer Acquisition and Loyalty team in this organization focuses on helping Brands engage Customers on and off Amazon develop a winning strategy for Brands to leverage social media to build stronger brands and launch great products that resonate with Customers and achieve success.
In this role the successful candidate will own the Selling Partner adoption strategy productivity metrics and defect reduction efforts for a portfolio of products. They must be able to work strategically to collect distill and prioritize user needs and advocate on behalf of selling partners using data analysis. They will be a selfstarter comfortable with ambiguity in a fastpaced and everchanging environment.
Key job responsibilities Operate autonomously to build develop and manage the adoption strategy of a suite of products Set delivery/completion dates of program milestones and establish a regular review cadence to report on the state and impact of your initiatives according to established goals Utilize metrics to deepdive into issues and uncover businessdriving trends and patterns. Setup mechanisms to audit and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet business objectives Partner closely with other program/product managers tech leads and internal stakeholders to deliver on your roadmap Drive alignment with senior leaders and key crossfunctional partners Make prioritization and tradeoff decisions balancing customer experience Brand experience and business value Implement mechanisms to drive efficiency and automation of internal processes.
5 years of program or project management experience Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership Bachelors degree or equivalent
2 years of driving process improvements experience Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
