Established in 1972 they are a 3rd generation family business who have grown to 450 employees. Although they have become a large organisation their closeknit family culture where everyone is valued and looked after is a core value.
Due to a very ambitious senior leadership team partnering with private equity this past decade the company have experienced explosive growth expanding from 1 local branch to 22 across the country while increasing their annual revenue from $12m to $300m!
For 50 years they have been operating in the commercial & industrial roofing industry across a variety of sectors that include manufacturing healthcare heavy industrial airports commercial buildings and higher education. They work 75% reroofing and 25% service successfully delivering small repairs to major reroofing projects valued up to $8m.
Your Role
- Bid for 8 10 jobs each month valued from $100k $1m
- Collect all data to prepare accurate and timely estimates
- Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships
Key Requirements
- Must have experience using The Edge estimating software
- 3 5 years experience as a commercial roofing Estimator
- Strong technical knowledge of lowslope roof systems
