Job Description Group LeaderDaytoday responsibilities include the following: Greet each child in the assigned group. Work with the Site Director to take attendance. Responsible for safety and well being of each child in his/her care. Teach and lead assigned group activities. Responsible for assisting other staff members in cleaning program areas at theend of each session. Reports to Site Duties: Responsible for attending all staff meetings. Assist Site Director in keeping an open line of communication between andamong program directors school principal and Duties: Responsible for attending workshops conferences and inservice Code: The Solutions dress code is smart casual. All Solutions staff should be neat and Timeframe:There are two Group Leader positions which exist within the Solutions programone is a school year position and the other is a summer position. Group Leadersare hired and rehired for positions accordingly. School year positions and summer positions hours vary according to availability. Benefits are available to staff that work 20 hours a week or Leader Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older and have a High School diploma Experience in extended day and/or working with school age children Possess strong leadership and organizational skills. Possess computer skills especially in Google apps
