The Product Manager will work closely with business executives stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate business needs into scalable SaaS solutions. This role requires leading crossfunctional teams in a designfirst approach overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conception to release. The Product Manager will be responsible for maintaining alignment between the product roadmap and business objectives ensuring seamless execution and continuous optimization based on user feedback and datadriven insights.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Drive product strategy and roadmap execution ensuring alignment with ReturnPros vision and goals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product requirements ensuring clear documentation and prioritization.
Lead crossfunctional teams in Agile development cycles working closely with UX engineering QA and business teams to deliver highquality solutions.
Conduct competitive analysis market research and datadriven evaluations to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog balancing shortterm execution with longterm strategic initiatives.
Provide leadership in the creation of wireframes mockups and prototypes ensuring a usercentric product development approach.
Monitor and analyze product performance identifying key metrics for success and iterating based on insights.
Act as the voice of the customer ensuring that feedback and evolving business needs are incorporated into product enhancements.
Manage communication and alignment between technical and nontechnical teams ensuring smooth project execution.
Qualifications
Selfmotivated in achieving goals and completing tasks
Work through product initiation process to develop scope of work BPMN process diagrams and any supporting work to document needs
