Duxbury High School is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of High School English Teacher for theschool year.
Requirements:
Current certification from Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education with SEI Endorsement English 512
Bachelors Degree or higher from accredited college or university
Classroom management skills that support students socialemotional learning
Experience meeting the needs of diverse learners
Experience collaborating with subject matter teachers special education teachers administrators and specialists to support students in all areas of their school experiences.
Demonstrated ability to partner with families to support student access to learning
Demonstrated ability to partner with student in course selection college postsecondary process
Ability to plan and implement lessons that are aligned with Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks
Citizenship residency or work visa required
