SALARY: GRADE 57 $2618.01 monthly Starting Salary

GENERAL DUTIES:
To manage food production and service purchasing storage and inventory of food and supplies equipment and facility management personnel management and supervision record keeping nutrition education sanitation and safety professional development food reports and other duties appropriate for a cafeteria manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A high school diploma.
Minimum of two years of experience in food service.
Certification as a child nutrition manager through the American School FoodService Association is desirable.
HACCP training is required.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
