Job Description:

Madison College is looking for a dynamic peoplecentered Data Analyst Researcher. This vital role blends data analysis research and action to foster equitable student outcomes. If youre passionate about leveraging data to spark meaningful change love working with people and thrive on transforming insight into impact this could be your next big move.

Reporting to the Director of the Institute for Equity and Transformational Change (IETC) you will contribute to the evaluation and enhancement of collegewide programs designed to close equity gaps and boost student success. Youll harness the power of faculty and staff research support campuswide initiatives and coach colleagues to interpret and act on data fueling a culture of continuous improvement and shared responsibility. Your work will directly support developing deploying and evaluating efforts that reflect Madison Colleges commitment to inclusive excellence and student success.

This role offers the flexibility to perform some work remotely with the expectation of in office work two to three days a week subject to change according to Madison College policy.
