The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Senior Regional Technology Partners Manager to spearhead our engagement with Regional Systems Integrators and ISVs across Europe. This role is critical to driving our cloud partnership strategy accelerating regional growth and expanding our ecosystem of alliances by region and industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic alliance management deep knowledge of the cloud landscape and a passion for fostering impactful partnerships.

You Will

  • Identify onboard and nurture strategic RSIs and ISVs by region ensuring alignment with the companys gotomarket and growth objectives.
  • Develop tailored partnership strategies by region and industry with a strong focus on Financial Services Retail Manufacturing and Technology verticals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cloudspecific alliances with RSIs ensuring continuous engagement and joint gotomarket initiatives.
  • Collaborate with RSIs and ISVs to create joint value propositions and solution offerings leveraging the companys distributed SQL database capabilities.
  • Facilitate partner training certification and education to deepen technical and sales expertise on our platform.
  • Drive pipeline generation activities through joint marketing campaigns workshops and events.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to execute cosell initiatives and field engagement programs across EMEA.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of regional partnerships including revenue growth pipeline influence and joint customer wins.
  • Analyze market trends and identify untapped opportunities to grow the partner ecosystem in underdeveloped regions.
  • Strengthen partnerships in mature markets by accelerating joint GTM efforts and showcasing customer success stories.
  • Leverage SCA to deepen relationships with hyperscalers and cloud partners.

You Have

  • 810 years of experience in alliance management business development or channel sales preferably in a database or cloud technology environment.
  • Proven success in developing and scaling partnerships with RSIs and ISVs in Europe.
  • Strong understanding of the cloud ecosystem including AWS Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud and their relevance to systems integrators and software vendors.
  • Experience working in Financial Services Retail Manufacturing or Technology industries is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote and matrixed environment across diverse geographies and cultures.
