About the role
Youll be managing administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently. Being responsible for all event enquiries from start to finish ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery with a focus on converting all incoming enquiries to contracted business handling payments and liaising with the client to plan and finalise the details of their event to be issued as function sheets to the operational team. Providing leadership motivation direction and support to your team of event coordinators.
About you
You will have previous sales experience in a large hotel/ conference venue and experience of systems such as Salesforce DEPHI and Opera with a passion for sales and strong desire to succeed. You are passionate about customer service and motivated to change and grow. You ideally will have:
