As a Crew Management Sales Representative you will play a key role in building strong relationships with shipowners and operators understanding their crewing needs and delivering tailored solutions that empower seafarers while supporting safe and efficient operations. Leveraging our structured sales process CRM system and collaboration with the Global Sales Corporate Branding & Communication and the NSBacademy you will contribute to revenue generation and help achieve sales targetsmatching the right talent with safe vessel operations. This role involves developing and maintaining customer relationships providing market insights and executing sales strategies to drive company growth.
