The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for a highly motivated cybersecurity professional to join our Classified Cybersecurity team as a Cybersecurity Oversight and Classified Operations Manager in Berkeley MO.
The first line manager will lead their assigned team resulting in valueadded cybersecurity risk management services to our Government programs classified infrastructures to meet company and business partner objectives and to protect the warfighter.
Position Responsibilities:
Fosters an environment for individual development teamwork effective performance management and open communication
Manages employees performing information security technical activities in accordance with policy related to the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Supports efforts necessary to obtain/maintain an Authority to Operate (ATO) and inspection readiness
Develops and executes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes provides technical management of subordinates and other stakeholders and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes
Assists and leads in the interview and selection process of new employees
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location option.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5) formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years
5 years of experience managing or leading classified program teams
5 years of experience working with cybersecurity policies and implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF): e.g. DAAPM CNSSI 1253 ICD503 JSIG or NIST SP 800 series
Experience in conflict resolution and/or mediation
Experience in positions where meticulous attention to detail accuracy and quality was paramount
Experience in leading teams and team development
Ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Programs (SAP)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or equivalent work or military experience
Currently hold certification in good standing to satisfy IAM Level III (CISSP GSLC or CISM)
Experience with project management in a leadership capacity
Experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external) and government customers and representatives
Experience in crossfunctional leadership collaborative problem solving building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
Experience working with a Government Agency in a compliance capacity
Excellent written and verbal skills with ability to communicate well with team members customers and leadership
