- Clean bars work areas and tables.
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
- Mix and pour drinks as well as take food orders
- Clean glasses utensils and bar equipment.
- Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking or ordering taxis or other transportation for intoxicated patrons.
- Collect money for drinks served.
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
- Other and all duties projects and tasks as assigned by employees manager.
- Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Must be dependable
- At least one year previous bartender experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage products proper preparation and presentation of food and beverage items.
- Must be able to provide an excellent quest experience
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
