We seeking a motivated Clinical Research Coordinator with experience in clinical trials or clinical research particularly involving Personally Identifiable Information (PII) related to seniors and minors. This role is part of a new data collection project based in San Diego California. Join us on an exciting and innovative initiative aimed at advancing Artificial Intelligence technology.


We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills are diligent and detailoriented and can work somewhat independently. The successful candidate is a team player who thrives in a fastpaced work environment and has experience in customer service.


Candidates must be available to work fulltime Wednesday Sunday during the hours of 9:00 AM 6:00 PM PDT..

What You Will Be Doing:

Role Summary

The Clinical Research Coordinator will work onsite at a designated location in San Diego and will be expected to foster a positive participant experience. Research Coordinators will work directly with participants to ensure the proper execution of study requirements. The primary responsibility is to moderate user sessions and provide updates to the other members of the production team as well as troubleshooting of data collection technology.

Role Responsibilities

  • Understand provided project documentation to assist participants.

  • Interact with participants and lead them through the data collection project

  • Capture data for the assigned project aiming to reach the targeted daily goal

  • Utilize client tools to label/tag data

  • Convey sessions details to the Project Manager and Production team

  • Communicate and coordinate with project team

  • Interact with various hardware & software

  • Assist in preparing session materials and setting up facility

  • Monitor and manage participant flow within the site

  • Address participant questions and concerns in a professional manner

  • Provide feedback on session dynamics and participant engagement

  • Ability to lift up 25lbs when needed

Role Requirements Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in social sciences communications or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted

  • 1 years of experience leading or running clinical trials or clinical research specifically working with PII involving minors and senior citizens.

  • Experience in moderation facilitation proctoring or similar roles.

  • Business English language fluency.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of research methodologies and ethical considerations is a plus
