Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesperson to join our team. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads contacting potential customers and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a strong sales acumen and a customeroriented approach.
Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads and identify potential customers.
2. Contact leads through cold calling emails and inperson meetings.
3. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
4. Present and demonstrate the companys products or services to potential clients.
5. Negotiate and close sales deals.
6. Maintain contact with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and cultivate repeat business.
7. Achieve agreedupon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
8. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
9. Continuously improve through feedback.
Qualifications:
1. Proven work experience as a Salesperson or in a similar sales role.
2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office CRM software and sales management systems.
3. Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
4. Selfmotivated and driven to succeed.
5. Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
6. High school diploma; Bachelors degree in Business or related field is a plus.
