Now Hiring: Morning Receptionist Payne Chevrolet Buick GMC Weslaco TX
Are you a friendly organized individual who loves making people feel welcome the moment they walk through the door or pick up the phone
Payne Chevrolet Buick GMC in Weslaco TX is looking for a Morning Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. If you enjoy creating a positive and professional first impressionand are looking for a place to grow your careerwe want to meet you!
Schedule:
Monday-Wednesday : 7 AM - 2 PM
Thursday - Friday : 7 AM to 1 PM
Saturday - 8 AM to 1 PM
Sunday CLOSED
Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Maintain the front desk and lobby area to ensure a clean welcoming environment
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and scheduling when needed
- Provide support to sales and service departments as requested
What Were Looking For:
Previous customer service experience required
Friendly approachable and professional demeanor
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic office skills are a plus but not required were happy to train the right person!
Someone who is motivated and excited to grow with our company
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
