Position Details:
Looking for an individual with cardiac invasive lab experience to work in our vascular lab as part of the vascular call team.
Location: Pineville Cardiac Catheterization Lab

PTO is awarded 1 week every quarter
1 hour Call Back
Shift Details: Weeknight role:
On Call every weekend for Vascular cases with guaranteed paid of 40 hours per week. Friday 1600Monday 0730
Work one 10hour day per week in Cath lab or Vascular lab.

Essential Functions
Physical Requirements
Intermittent to rapid pace with high pressure situations requiring periods of prolonged concentration and critical thinking. Work requires walking standing sitting lifting reaching stooping bending pushing and pulling. Must be able to lift and support the weight of 50 pounds in handling patients medical equipment and supplies. Fluency in reading writing and speaking English. Intact sense of sight hearing smell touch manual dexterity good eye hand coordination. Standing and walking while wearing 1020 lbs lead radiation protection aprons. Must be able to respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions. Potential exposure to radiation secretions and blood. Confined work area.
Education Experience and Certifications
Satisfactory completion of high school and an accredited program of Cardiovascular/Cardiopulmonary technology The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or related field required. Invasive Cardiovascular Specialist/Electrophysiology Specialist training or experience preferred. Graduate of an accredited Allied Health Technology program such as Radiologic Technology Respiratory Therapy or comparable. Graduate of Cardiovascular Interventional Program or minimum of two years of experience as a Cardiovascular Specialist.
