What your day will look like:

  • Ensure a highquality sourcing and end to end lifecycle of recruitment.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop a recruitment strategy and build effective selection methods to hire individuals aligned with The LEGO Groups values and potential.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience.
  • Contribute to attraction and sourcing strategies and provide input on market insights and trends.
  • Drive local and regional employer branding activities.
  • Secure strong deployment of recruitment processes and D&I agenda through common standards and practices.
  • Member the Global Talent Acquisition team in Operations and contribute to the performance of the entire team through collaboration achieving critical metrics and optimizing the recruitment process.
  • Build positive relationships with leaders and people partners on the Virginia Site to understand and support business area needs in relation to talent acquisition leadership and talent development.
  • Contribute to various global and regional task forces to e.g. develop new processes or deliver specific recruitment or development interventions.

Are you up for the challenge

  • Experience as Talent Acquisition for salaried recruitments manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Solid business understanding.
  • Able to provide sparring to senior leaders and ability to engage with partners at different levels.

Compensation

  • The salary for this position has a range of $115000 $155000 based on anticipated responsibilities market benchmarks and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including but not limited to prior experience skills expertise location internal equity and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details inclusive of benefits will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
