Equipment Maintenance:
Regularly inspect maintain and repair automated equipment including machinery robotics and packaging systems.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to automation systems identifying the root cause of problems and implementing corrective actions.
Preventive Maintenance:
Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
Automation Systems:
Understand and work with various automation systems such as PLCs HMI and SCADA to optimize production processes.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities repairs and modifications.
Safety:
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures related to equipment operation and maintenance.
Training:
Provide training to other team members on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Project Support:
Assist with the implementation of new automation projects and equipment upgrades.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiencygains.
