Job Description

Title Growth Management Executive Manager Bill Payments

About the Role: We are looking for a senior person for accelerating the core growth metrics and user numbers. If you are passionate about mobile and web apps with a penchant towards marketing campaigns love extreme attention to content & design detail and care about how your work impacts millions of users daily we want you!

Roles & Responsibilities:
Own the growth charter for the category and work closely with central teams to strategize and coordinate the executions of such campaigns.
Devise innovative user growth strategies in line with the categorys vision and business goals to increase the categorys presence on and off the app
Identify demand levers by thoroughly understanding consumer behavior and building offerings around it
Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
Identifying user cohorts and run custom growth campaigns to drive user activation and user reactivation
Work closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas feedback & present results.
Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs
Monitor market trends research consumer markets and competitors activities
Identify funnel issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them
Define user acquisition and user retention strategy
Have an understanding of marketing and consumer behavior experience in deploying successful marketing campaigns and take ownership of implementation tracking and analytics

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
57 years of relevant experience in Consumer internetindustry in similar roles across Growth and Category
Experience is building category from the nascent stage is a plus point
Extremely adept at stakeholder management
