Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
- Codevelop and execute platformspecific strategies across Instagram LinkedIn X Facebook YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Maintain a realtime alwayson calendar that reflects cultural moments product milestones and brand priorities.
- Translate brand goals and consumer insights into scrollstopping content.
Content & Community Leadership
- Own the full content lifecyclefrom ideation and scripting to publishing and performance tracking.
- Create culturally relevant highimpact content that builds love for the brand and inspires conversation.
- Drive community engagement through timely responses creator/influencer partnerships and social listening.
- Stay ahead of platform trends memes and sentiment shifts to keep PhonePe socially current.
Listening & Brand Reputation
- Leverage tools like Sprinklr Sprout Brandwatch etc to track sentiment identify risks and surface insights.
- Partner with PR Customer Support and Legal on realtime reputation management and crisis response.
- Act as a steward of PhonePes brand tone across platforms.
Analytics & Business Impact
- Use performance data to inform strategy and content decisions.
- Track KPIs generate insights and optimize campaigns for engagement sentiment and relevance.
- Success in this role looks like: growing platform engagement improving brand sentiment and delivering content that supports business goals.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between creative and strategic teamsaligning with Brand Comms Product CX and Analytics.
- Support integrated campaigns launches and initiatives with tailored social content.
What You Bring
- 8 years of social media experience at highgrowth consumer or tech brandsideally in fintech or regulated industries.
- Deep knowledge of Indian social media culturefestivals memes creators tonality and trends.
- Strong storytelling copywriting and conceptual thinking skills.
- Handson expertise with Sprinklr Sprout Social or native platform tools.
- Experience driving content strategy influencer collaboration and proactive community management.
- A creativemeetsanalytical mindset with a strong understanding of how social impacts business goals.
- A collaborative fastmoving and ownershipdriven approach.
